• Check in time is after 2:00 pm - Check out is by 11:00 am.

• All rates subject to Colorado sales tax.

• Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, and MasterCard accepted.

• Ranch office hours are 9 am - 5 pm Mountain Standard time.

• For the enjoyment of all guests visiting the Diamond J all facilities are non-smoking.

• Pets are only allowed in strict compliance with our Pet Policy. Be sure and read before bringing your pet.

• Cell phone service, gasoline service and fishing or hunting licenses are not available beyond Basalt.

• No guest laundry facilities.

• Wireless internet connection is provided at the lodge and cabins. Bring your own laptop. The office computer is for staff use only.

• Telephone service is available as well. We ask that our guests please bring a calling card for long distance conversations or call collect.

• A TV, VCR, and DVD are available for your enjoyment in the main lodge as well as a bar/lounge area with games, cards and video tapes.

• Our bar is BYOB, so bring any adult beverages you desire to the ranch.

• Information about horse rides, rafting, and other outdoor activities is available at the lodge.

• Babysitting available - $5 per hour

General Information

• The Meredith General Store is located three miles from the ranch and offers a limited variety of groceries, fishing supplies, and adult beverages. There is also a small post office, pay phone, and ice.

• Hagerman Pass (Continental Divide) and Crooked Creek Pass (Eagle/Thmoasville Road) are closed in the winter. They are open in the summer but are impassible when wet. Please check the weather before you arrive/leave.
