With 32 private acres at Beyul Retreat, your location opportunities are abundant for meetings, speakers, workshops, breakout groups, social activities, cocktail hours, and more. Our 1500 sq ft event pavilion serves as home base, with a stage and full A/V, and fully customizable furniture setups from audience-style seating to a living room lounge.

Accommodations

Our 1930s historic mountain lodge and 12 unique cabins provide comfortable accommodations for 30-60 people. The cabins are tucked in among forest groves, beautiful meadows, and seasonal streams and ponds. Wood-burning stoves and fire places, organic bath products, luxury bedding, and our cedar sauna & hot tub make the lodging cozy and welcoming.

Work with our staff and local guides to program free time activities for your group, including yoga, hiking, trail running, rock climbing, art workshops, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, and more. The property is surrounded by White River National Forest, with trails leading right out the back door.

FAQs

  • Beyul Retreat can host events for up to 100 people staying onsite.

  • 2024

    We have a fair amount of weekday (Sunday-Thursday) and low-season (November to April) availability. There are a handful of high-season May to October weekends remaining open but they are going fast, so contact us ASAP if those are of interest.

    We are actively booking for 2025 and still have a good selection of dates available throughout the year.

  • Event hosts and planners choose Beyul because we can offer a relatively “all-inclusive” experience with little need to bring in any vendors. We include use of all spaces on the property; tables, chairs, tableware, linens, yoga mats, and other furniture; setup & takedown of all Beyul furniture; basic A/V; and more.

    All meals and beverages are catered through Beyul Retreat. We can also provide advanced A/V and custom activities like nature hikes and yoga class.

  • Shuttle or car service can easily be arranged from Aspen airport and this is the most convenient option.

    Many events let participants arrange their own rental cars, carpools, car service or other transportation from the 3 possible airports (Aspen, Denver, and Grand Junction).

    A group bus can also be organized from Denver airport.
