We offer both shared and private accommodation options. Your guests will enjoy the cozy lodging, hot tub, and sauna, and spend their days exploring the river, meadows, and endless surrounding nature.

A Wild Setting That’s Easy To Get To

 Start your day 40 minutes closer to the trailhead. Stay at the Beyul for Frying Pan River Valley backcountry skiing and link to four of the 10th Mountain Division Huts: Margy's, Harry Gates, Peter Estin, and Betty Bear.

Large Group Cabins

As a small retreat, you’ll be assigned one of our large group cabins, Mountain View or Aspen Lodge, as the basecamp and hub for your small group retreat. Each has:

  • Great Room for gatherings & meetings of 5-25 people

  • Full kitchen for cooking together or bringing in a private chef

  • Large deck for outdoor gatherings

Flexible spaces

Private Large Cabins

Our large Mountain View and Aspen cabins have spacious first floors which can be arranged for group gatherings of up to 30 people, giving your small group a dedicated private gathering space for your event. Each large cabin sleeps 12.

Barn Tent

Our 1500 sq. ft. Barn Tent is available for private event rental by the hour. It has a stage, sound system, projector and screen, and heat. (A/V and heat incur additional costs.)

Al Fresco

There are several options for outdoor event setups in the flat meadows and forest groves at Beyul during the warmer seasons. Take your group session out into our thirty-two acres of rambling nature and 1,700 feet of riverfront, with sculptures and land art tucked away in hidden corners.

Into the Wild

With the White River National Forest as your next door neighbor, you’ve got virtually unlimited options for outdoor gatherings. Beyul is your personal basecamp for day hikes, overnight excursions, and any adventure in the Upper Frying Pan River Valley.
